The bathroom in my double room was spotless, and I appreciated the presence of a bidet. the hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated just off key tourist attractions in the heart of Naples and near the historic center. Being in the middle of Jackson added to the charm of the stay.

We enjoyed clean rooms with a stunning view, a balcony, and incredibly helpful and excellent staff, along with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge.
